About
Kapital Bookkeeping:
I keep your finances organized and understandable so you can focus on growing your business or fulfilling your nonprofit’s mission.
Kapital Bookkeeping is a QuickBooks Online-based company. If you do not currently use QuickBooks Online, I can transition your organization to the platform. I offer discounted pricing for QuickBooks subscriptions purchased through my firm. For non-profit clients, I can assist with getting a deeply discounted QuickBooks Online subscription through TechSoup.
If you would like payroll services, I can use QuickBooks, ADP, Paychex, or another payroll service provider of your choice. I have set-up clients on all three of these platforms and am happy to learn new platforms or make recommendations.
Ariel Diliberto:
Hi, I’m Ariel, the bookkeeper behind Kapital Bookkeeping and a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. I love math, finances, and problem-solving. My goal is to make sure my clients’ financial records are accurate, tax-compliant, and provide them with the information they need. There are many ways to display financial data into QuickBooks. I make sure the data tells a client’s financial story, so they can use it to make decisions and plan for the future.
Before starting Kapital Bookkeeping in 2022, I worked as the on-staff bookkeeper for a small business. When I started there, the QuickBooks account was a mess and the business owner didn’t know if the company was profitable. I overhauled their QuickBooks and created systems, automations, and an understanding of their financial position.
I also served as the Director of Finance and Fundraising on the board of a local non-profit in Philadelphia. I brought the organization into tax compliance, successfully applied for 501(c)(4) tax-exempt status, and introduced systems for record keeping and financial reporting. I received my Bookkeeping Certificate from Penn State Abington.
